WHEAT flour, sultanas 17%, BUTTER, candied citrus fruits 9.5% (orange peel cubes, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, ground orange peel, citron cubes), sugar, egg yolk fresh, natural yeast (WHEAT), fructose syrup, invert sugar syrup, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; whey powder, salt, natural flavourings. May contain SOYA and NUTS.
Store in a dry place, away from heat sources. It is advisable to keep the product in a warm environment, protected in its original packaging, at least one hour before serving it.

Description
Renowned diamond cedar cubes, large and pulpy sultanas. A high-quality panettone can also be recognized by its candied fruit and raisins.
This is why we have enriched our panettone with precious gems. To obtain them we went to the orchards of Sicily and Calabria, where the best citrus fruits grow. Carefully selected, cut into thick cubes and dipped in candied syrups which make them bright and soft, Tre Marie candied fruit is peel, not peel, because it derives both from the external part of the peel like all candied fruit, and from the albedo, the white part between peel and pulp.
In this way the candied fruit preserves the essence of the citrus fruits, their natural freshness, softness and intense flavour.
