In our bakery in Sant’Egidio del Monte Albino, the chocolate production process begins with the careful selection of cacao where its places of origin are situated in some of the world’s most renowned plantations (Madagascar, Ivory Coast, Ecuador, and the Dominican Republic). From there, it travels for a long journey before arriving at the Lattari Mountains in the province of Salerno, where it is finally ready to be transformed and used to enrich our sweetest creations.

The bitterness of this exquisite dark chocolate is exactly what makes this exceptional leavened dessert truly stand out.
