Description
A brandy with a yellow-brown colour, rum is closely linked to the history of the Caribbean and South America. Its strong taste finds its best combination in dark chocolate. In fact, Ciokarrua chooses to combine its minimum 50% dark Modica chocolate with rum to enhance the honey notes and body perceived in the mouth. Their union creates an intense concentration of aromas and perfumes which make this distillate quite characteristic.
The result will be a myriad of sensations on the palate: the nuance and persistence of the aromas together with the sweetness and body are expertly balanced in the new lively flavors of the traditional Ciokarrua line.
