From Tre Marie's passion for innovation comes a dessert for coffee lovers that mixes in harmony with pieces of extra dark chocolate. Inspired by haute patisserie recipes, we added pieces of semi-candied apricot which, with its sweetness, harmonizes the strong flavor of the coffee and helps to make the dough extremely soft. To be dusted with coffee flavored icing sugar for a gourmet touch.

WHEAT flour, BUTTER, extra dark chocolate sugar 10.3% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, dextrose, emulsifier: SOY lecithin; natural flavouring), semi-candied apricot (apricot cubes, sugar, acidifier: acid citric), fresh EGG yolk from free-range hens 7.2%, natural yeast [mother yeast (WHEAT flour, water), yeast], ground toasted coffee 1%, whey in emulsifying powder: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids salt flavourings. Coffee flavored icing sugar in sachets (3.2% of the finished product). Ingredients: sugar, WHEAT starch, flavouring.

Coffee and chocolate panettone is an innovative dessert, which combines coffee, a typical ritual in the Italian tradition, with fine extra dark chocolate. The coffee powder with its intense notes of arabica and robusta gives an amber color to the mixture which, combined with the chocolate and apricot pieces, will give an experience of authentic pleasure.
