Third Golden Bean in the Amedei Chocolate Factory at the Academy of Chocolate in London in 2013, Blanco de Criollo takes its name from the seed used to make it, Piura Gran Blanco, a genetic quality grown in northern Peru. Considered one of the best cocoa in the world.

Porcelana is a Criollo cocoa, the rarest genetic variety in the world. It takes its name from the very white color of its seeds and is known throughout the world for its chocolate which stands out for its sweet and rounded flavour. From this fine cocoa a very light, aromatic and harmonious chocolate is born.

Cocoa from 9 different plantations converge here for a powerful and balanced 75% dark chocolate, where the aromas of the cultivars remain in the unmistakable taste of this chocolate.
