The gluten-free and lactose-free Milanese panettone is a novelty from the production of master pastry chef Sal De Riso.

Soft baked product made with deglutinated wheat corn flour and lactose-free butter, it contains a unique flavor thanks to the 60% Domori dark chocolate and orange paste.

Made through natural leavening and following the traditional recipe. Without dyes or preservatives, it is GMO-free.
