Description
Dolce d'Amalfi represents the most authentic expression of the flavours, colors and scents of our land. Its shape resembles that of the sun and its taste is enriched by the unmistakable aroma of "Sfusato", a lemon typical of the Amalfi Coast.
Designed to allow tourists to take one of our specialties on a trip, in fact it lends itself to being stored for long periods, in any climatic condition, but not subjected to strong heat sources.

INGREDIENTS: icing sugar, fresh BUTTER, fresh pasteurized category A EGGS and EGG YOLKS, type 00 WHEAT flour, Italian ALMONDS (7.35%), condensed MILK, high quality fresh whole MILK, "Costa lemon" peels d'Amalfi" PGI candied fruit (3.73%), alcoholic food flavoring with lemon peel infusion (2.92%), grated "Amalfi Coast lemons" PGI (2.33%) (we use 148 g of " Amalfi Coast lemon” PGI for each kg of finished product), leavening powder (sodium diphosphate E450i, sodium hydrogen carbonate E500ii, corn starch), salt, corn flour, vanilla pods from the Bourbon Islands.
May contain traces of PEANUTS, NUTS, GLUTEN, LUPINS, SESAME, MOLLUSCS and CRUSTACEANS.
